Dane’s Ultimate Goal is to deliver excellence and create an unparalleled dealership experience, enabling dealerships to thrive and establish a prominent presence and brand in the marketplace.
Throughout his career, Dane has held influential leadership positions at Zurich, Chrysler/Mopar, JM&A, and Hyundai Capital. This rich background equips him with unique qualifications to consult dealers on various aspects including F&I strategy, Reinsurance, Process Improvement, Profit Retention, and Sales Growth.

Lori brings over 20 years of experience as a Finance Manager and Finance Director in the automotive industry, where she built her career helping dealerships grow profitability, strengthen compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Throughout her time in the F&I office she worked closely with dealer principals, sales teams, and customers to structure deals, present protection options confidently, and build long-lasting trust. She understands exactly what dealerships need to increase PVR, boost product penetration, and streamline the finance process — because she’s sat in that chair for two decades.
Today, as a National Sales Manager for DCG Dealer Services, she uses her background and passion for the business to help dealerships offer high-value aftermarket solutions. Her approach is hands-on, consultative, and relationship-driven. She truly enjoys partnering with dealers, supporting their teams, and providing products that protect customers while increasing revenue. Her goal is simple: to make every dealership she works with stronger, more profitable, and better equipped to take care of their clients.
Carlos Arciniegas
With over two decades of experience in automotive retail and Finance & Insurance (F&I) leadership, Carlos brings a veteran’s perspective and a trainer’s passion to every dealership he partners with. Having “cut his teeth” in high-volume environments, Carlos has mastered the art of structuring deals, maximizing profitability, and maintaining compliance, all while building teams that lead with integrity and customer trust.
His deep understanding of dealership operations, indirect lending, and performance coaching has made him a trusted ally for dealer groups looking to elevate their F&I performance and customer experience. Known for his ability to blend process-driven results with real-world practicality, Carlos continues to mentor, train, and develop F&I teams to operate with both efficiency and heart.
Brent Ponder
Brent is a versatile Sales Manager, F& I Manager, and Sales Professional with over 20 years of experience in the Mortgage, Automotive, and RV, industries.
He is an effective negotiator and a TEAM 1ST relationship manager. He has proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement, driving profitability and compliance within finance departments by up to 30%. He is skilled in analyzing customer credit profiles, securing competitive financing options, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
He excels in client account management, revenue generation, territory sales, customer retention, customer success management, asset management, professional development and growing the profit margins of business.

Viviany is a proud Latina entrepreneur with over 10 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry, driven by a passion for leadership, growth, and community empowerment. Beginning her career as a Finance Manager and entrepreneur, she developed a deep understanding of automotive finance, compliance, and dealership operations while helping customers, especially within the Latino community. She has built strong credibility and trust within the community of Central Florida.
Throughout her career, she has built trust, increased performance, and created opportunities through education and culturally aware services.
