Independent Contract Agent – Automotive F&I Agent/Field Agent

DCG Dealer Services is actively growing and seeking highly driven independent professionals to partner with us in expanding our footprint in the automotive industry. As an Independent Contract Agent, you will play a key role in acquiring and supporting retail automotive dealerships, focusing on enhancing F&I product penetration and boosting their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts

  • Deliver strategic guidance to improve F&I sales processes and profitability

  • Train dealership personnel on product offerings, compliance, and best practices

  • Present performance reports and conduct ongoing dealership consultations

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and success

  • Track and monitor performance of automotive dealerships

  • Travel within your assigned territory (Florida (Tampa) or Georgia (Atlanta) market) to support business development and your account management

Qualifications:

  • We are currently looking for TAMPA, FLORIDA and ATLANTA, GEORGIA agents.

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Must have a background in F&I management, automotive sales leadership, or general dealership operations

  • Understanding of dealership structure and retail automotive workflows

  • Technologically proficient; able to work with Google Sheets, CRM tools, video conferencing, and data analysis platforms (we will teach you if necessary)

  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals

  • Bilingual preferred for the Florida market

  • As this is a fully commission based role, you should have approximately 3-4 months of savings as you learn the processes and build up your list of clients

Compensation: $50,000 – $300,000 annually (occurring after account acquisition)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (Full-time commitment recommended)
Location: Regional travel required for the Florida (Tampa), Georgia (Atlanta), and/our Texas (Houston) market.
