Independent Contract Agent – Automotive Sales Performance Specialist

DCG Dealer Services is actively growing and seeking highly driven independent professionals to partner with us in expanding our footprint in the automotive industry. As an Independent Contract Agent, you will play a key role in acquiring and supporting retail automotive dealerships, focusing on enhancing F&I product penetration and boosting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with new automotive dealerships

  • Deliver strategic guidance to improve F&I sales processes and profitability

  • Train dealership personnel on product offerings, compliance, and best practices

  • Present performance reports and conduct ongoing dealership consultations

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and success

  • Travel within your assigned territory to support business development and account management initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Bilingual preferred

  • Technologically proficient; able to work with CRM tools, video conferencing, and data analysis platforms (we will teach you if necessary)

  • Background in F&I management, automotive sales leadership, or general dealership operations preferred

  • Understanding of dealership structure and retail automotive workflows preferred

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license as a requirement

  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals

Compensation: $50,000 – $400,000 annually (based on performance)
